Hey there Internet,


I hope everyone's holidays went well--good food, nice times with family, snazzy gifts, all that stuff. The last week for me has been mostly good. I shall tell you about it now:

Friday, after a long, drug out day of work, Jason and I went to Nicole's house for a game night. It was nice to see people and play Cranium (my favourite game next to Risk. Speaking of Risk, I need to have a Risk night. It's been a year and a day since I've last played
The next day, I actually had off, so I spent a bit snugging with Jason at his house before getting on the move and heading to Sydney for Stoked where he and Matty were preforming some Super Mario Burkes. Kyle was also doing a set and later that evening Unbidden played. So I got to see a lot of friends benig talented. In teh early evening, there was supposed to be some TDZ? jazz happening at Jon and Adriene's house, though no one showed, so they, Jason, Adrienne's sister Mary and I played a lot of Rock Band and a Doritos game.

Ok, I have to explain the Doritos game. You are a trunk that has to drive aroubnd and collect dortitos before you are stopped. Or, you can play as the TRex that is trying to eat/stop the Doritos trucks from getting to the chips. Needless to say, I played at the Trex. Best. Game. Ever.

After that, and stoked, Jas and I headed back to the Northside to grab some stuff befoer heading to the cottage for Angels We Have Heard While High. Right before the Upper North Sydney turnoff, however, there was a road block where police asked if he were drinking and handed us a Don't Drink And Drive booklet. It was bizarre.

We didn't end up getting to the cottage until about 10, but it was okay. We partied hard, roasted marshmallows in the fire place, watched XMas movies, kareoked, and socialized with people I barely ever see anymore. It was tons of fun. :) Thanks to Veron and Tony for hosting again. You guys are awesome. The morning was spent watching some Xmas movies with Veron, Tony, Jordan, Lori, and Jason, then headed to luch at Jane's with Lori and Jason. Good times but the weekend went by way too quickly.

The 23rd was spent working then I actually headed out with Ben! Gasp! It was wonderful to spend time with him again. We went to get coffee and then talked at my place until about 1am. He's such a good story teller so talking for that long was so easy to do. Well, actually, I don't soeak alot when we're together, its so werid. But it's nice. He gave me some beer too. Two were from Uniborne Brewery Tois Pistoles and some blonde beer, also a Propellor Revolution (which I need more of). I felt kind of weird because I didn't have anything to reciprocate with minus a tremendious gratitude that he asked me to hang out. He's one of my very favorite people so I'm very happy that we're rebuilding to a friendly state. He's is also starting to see a lady who sounds to be pretty nifty, so perhaps tha is helping. I don't care what it is, I'm just happy I saw him.

Xmas eve, I spent working, but got out of gign to church with my family and having to deal with my mom losing her mind because I didn't get communion like she does every year I don't go to get it. As an alternative, Jason picked me up after work and we exchanged gifts. He gave me Something Wild by Childern of Bodom (now I have a complete collection of their albums!), Tarja Tuenren's (old Nightwish singer) Winter Storm, Nightmare Before Chirtmas DVD, Serenity COllector's Edition, The Watchmen comic, a Guiness gift pack that has beer, Guniness Draft glasses and a shirt, and finally Lindor anddark After Eight Chocolate. Pimpin.

Soon after that, my house was filled with Snow's. We drank and ate and talked over eachother a lot. Think a sterotypical Italian family, that's like us only we have CB/Florence accents. No good. haha My brothers did get Rock Band from my grandparents though. We played it A LOT. MOst songs are unlocked already. Though, I'm the only person playing on anything higher than Easy.. So we still have a few to go. :P

This Christmas was the oddest one yet for me present-wise. I mean, I don't mean to sounds ungrateful, but I got 4 coats from my parents. Not one is my size. NOT ONE. Also, what the hell? Who buys 4 coats for someone? It's so weird. I also got Twlight. I have no interest in seeing/reading that movie/book. Well, maybe the movie for a laugh. Ben told me it was worse than Pathfinder. So that's saying something. Anyways, I didn't want to say, "this gift sucks" to my parents, so I faked not hearing about it before. And they told me it was about vampires and they got it because it was supposed to be really good and they knew I liked vampires. It was a sweet gesture, so I decided to suck it up and try to read the book. I read to about page 116 yesterday. Still not feeling it. But I'll trudge on. That's pretty much all I got for Xmas from them in the gift department (though I did get money so I can buy something fun for myself), but just to compare the oddness of my gift a little futher, I got 4 coats, Amanda got Britney Spears tickets for her TO show. I... I just don't understand.

Oh well, when I finally guy that terrabyte external harddrive in my hands I'll feel better. ... Or maybe I should upgarde my tablet... No no, I need the space untuil I can build a new PC.

Xmas evening was spent visiting family and drink too much. Way too much. But Nancy and I ended up getting into a very involved conversation about zombie mummys who drive really fast cars that have fire engines that have fire coming out of the back of the car to make it go faster and they can knock down buildings ebcause they are also robots. Yup. She's pretty cool.

Boxing day I saw Jeff very breifly. He was with his new lady type freind. She seemed pretty nice though she was quiet. I assumed becuase I was new people. Side note, Jeff currently has a beard. It's intense.

Soon after they left, Jas came over, we chilled for a while then headed to Sydney where we picked up Mike and head to Dollie's where the boys played ppol for a few hours. It was nice.

I returned to a house filled with Amanda's friend as they were predrinking there before a benefit dance. It was nice to see a lot of them again as a lot are also decent friends of my own. Michelle has also informed me that I have a duplicate roaming around teh Northside. My mother also comfirmed this. Michaell saw her at Rollie's one night and said, "Hi Nichole!" to which the girl responded, "NIchole Snow? Yeah... I get that all the friggin time." I really thought no one look like me but Iguess I was wrong.

It's pretty clear to me that one of us is doupleganger and evil and we probably should have a showdown where one of us dies. Just saying.

So that was my break so far. Though it's not a break to me. I'm writing this at work afterall. Hahah Though that says to me that I should probably get to the working... No one has been in yet though... Which means I have even more people to call today. *shudders*

Well hey there,

Just writing from the undead to let you know that I'm still around.

A little rundown of big events shall come into place now:

- Went to Halifax a couple of weeks ago and started XMas shopping. It was good times. I wanted to buy so much for myself though... Way too much. I did end up buying Crystal Head Vodka though. It's amazing! I dislike vodka but I love this stuff. It's quadruple distilled! THROUGH DIAMONDS!
We stayed at Mike's new place (which is FANTASTIC! Has all hardwood floors and skylights and 3 floors). I also had Athens' with Jason, Mike, Kelsey, James, Mark and Minqing! God I missed Minqing so much. It was a lovely surprise to see her. Once she moves into her new place I have to take a trip up to have a getaway girl weekend with her. :D

- Had my staff party which was actually kind of great. I mean the food was mediocre, but the company made up for it. Then afterwards we headed to Doolies where they actually head Galliano and Amaretto so I could make the fabled bartenders rootbeer. It was delicious. Also got to hang out with a middle aged gay man who was talking about taking home 19 year olds. Creepy but awesome.

- Cottage party is coming up this weekend, along with Stoked and possible TDZ practice and Improv U show, and potentially being able to hit up the game night. It'll be a full weekend, when once it was up to time off is now up to spending habits. *pulls at collar * errrgggh.

-Hung out with Steph and Jason tonight! We watched Jingle All The Way and ate "Christmas chips" which were just ketchup chips and dill pickle chips mixed due to the colors. :D We then watch Colbert Xmas Special. It was grand times. I missed her ever so.


Not much is happening yet. Trying to watch my money as best I can as usual this time of year, working at my lovely job, and trying to think about moving and future plans as usual.

Also, I want to do a YouTube Doubles video but I don't have someone to do it with. Should that Mean I should step up and do it myself? Probably. But I need time and aloneness to pull that one off. O_O Don't have it.
